what are the causes that would make a delay to the delivery service?

1. Er, um. Lets see. Chef gone into overwhelm with too many orders? Lack of ingredients. Chef dropped food on floor and has to start again! Driver on another run. Driver broken down. Traffic problems. Driver lost? Any one of those!
2. Maybe the driver got lost or decided to eat your yummy food!
3. I am in agreement with the other posters (except eating your food...lol). The problems are endless, hon. Don't eat it if it is cold. Be sure to call the manager and report the lateness and the condition of the food.
