Postal Letter

Does anybody know the name of the song where in the video there is a guy singing in a delivery van?

All I can remember is that he is singing in the back of a van (which is in the desert) and there are two people dressed up in white furry costumes playing guitars while he's singing!! Also at the end of the video he is chasing the van around in a circle and then it shows a toy van on a record player? Late '90s early 2000's I think. Help please 'cause its driving me crazy!!
