How long should USPS priority take to send a package from San Fran to Pasadena CA.?

I have read online that it is 1-3 days, but it is within state. Also, do the weekends count in that 1-3 day estimate? I do not know how USPS works.

3. First Class Mail shows a 1-3 day delivery timeframe. Yes, weekends and holidays count in those times as far as time in transit. However, ordinary mail is not delivered on Sunday or Holidays. It is delivered on the next delivery day. The closer the sender and recipient are, the shorter the transit time. There are times that it may "seem" longer, like this weekend coming up. If your item arrives in Pasadena on Saturday afternoon, the next possible delivery time would be Tuesday.
