What kind of drug test does the post office use?

What kind of drug test does the post office use? My sisters boy friend just got a job offer for a rural carrier. Now he is freaking out because he thinks the post office does hair folical testing... does anybody know what kind of drug test the U.S. Postal Service uses???

1. I doubt they do a hair follicle test. Mostly because USPS is controlled by the government and the government is cheap and hair follicle tests are VERY expensive.
2. Tinkle in the cup test. Test strips from a bottle dipped into the urine, read results from side of jar.
