Is the Philippine Post office open during Saturday?

I ordered something in cdjapan and I'm supposed to pay it through IPMO (International Postal Money Order). I'm a freshmen in a university outside of Manila but I live in Makati. I only have weekends to spend in Makati. I wonder how I'll be able to pay it.

1. yes, they are open, not sure of the hours. you might be able to get a money order thru the money exchange outlets too.
