What is the best free web based email service for business?

I have just formed a business with a close friend of mine and are looking for the best email service that will look formal and might have an online calender included in the service that we can both see and keep up to date with situations. Thanks

1. If you have a web address then you may want to consider google apps. You will get an email service the same as gmail but at your domain name, so instead of you@gmail.com it will be you@yourcompanyname.com You get 50 free addresses for assigning to employees etc plus you can customise the logo changing it from gmail to your own. You also get a host of other feaatures, each member gets there own web page, share files, calendar etc. The free edition is here: http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/group/index.html
2. If this is a business, you really need your own domain with e-mail facility included like randomname@yourname.com A business using an established e-mail like yahoo or aol or hotmail would not be regarded as very professional
