What is a good basic rating for USPS job applications?
I took 473 for the first time today and my basic rating is 81.70. Is that good or bad? Will I be likely to get a job with that rating?

- "A list of locations offering the Postal Exam in coming weeks can be found ... Applicants with a test score of 95 or above have a good chance of being hired" You have to score 70 or higher to be considered.
- Usually unless you score 90 or higher, your chances of getting hired are very slim. Disabled veterans get "bonus" points added to their scores, depending on their disability. When I got hired nearly 23 years ago, I scored in the low 90s.
