Postal Letter

I made a $100 money order at a postal office in Chicago?

I sent this money order from Illinois to Florida. Well The post office worker there helped me fill it out. There is no way that he can open my letter and cash the money order right? Since it is addressed to go to florida and he tries to cash it in Illinois?

1. correct once that stamp is put on that envelope it becomes federal propert and only the receiver can open it !
