How do I lower My eBay Shipping Price when it is unecessarily high?

Here are my shipping "properties." Item selling: fifteen 2 x 4 Lego pieces Price: $2.00 Shipping and Handling: $4.90* Service: US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope® Weight: 1 ounce *This price is way too high. It will push away buyers from my selling item. Can anyone help?

1. Try calculating postage without using the flat rte priority mail box. If it's only 1 ounce you can ship it 1st class and it will cost about $.50
2. You'll have to choose another method of shipping. Flat Rate costs $4.90. Try choosing First Class Mail and you should be able to lower the price.
