Why are Postal Workers so upset about losing saturday delivery?

It seems they would be happy getting off Saturday and Sunday. Just curious. I understand the same volume answer... but it actually isn't the same volume due to electronic media. The reason they want to get rid of saturday is because of the decrease in volume.
