I requested a change of address with USPS in April?
Since then I have only recieved one thing at my new address, a bill. Why haven't I gotten anything else? I know more was sent to my old address, including other bills and stuff. Do they only certain forward things? My old roommate has some of my tax paperwork, legally, is there any way for me to get it sent back to me?

- It seems you're experiencing the downside of big government. Seriously though, try contacting the post office you filed your paperwork with. If that doesn't work, look on the USPS website to see if this is common occurrence. If the problem persists, file a complaint. This might sound condescending, but have you tried contacting your old roommate?
- they don't forward government mail or personal business mail to your home. notify address changes to everyone yourself. submit another to usps.
