Whats the difference between priority mail & priority mail flat rate boxes?

I Want to ship using priority mail flat rate & my box said on it priority mail! What is the difference between the two boxes?

1. Flat rate box you pay a fixed rate depending on which size flat rate box you use. Standard priority mail they weigh and measure the box to determine the postage.
