USPS International Shipping?

Hey Guys/Gals I recently purchased (12/09) something over eBay, once payment was completed. He provided me with a USPS tracking number on the (13/09) and stated my parcels was on the way. I was provided with this shipping option USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope (est 8 - 12 Days delivery) The problem is I am not very clear on whether my parcel have already left the United States, this was what the tracking information states: -Processed through Sort Facility, September 15, 2010, 6:43 pm, COPPELL, TX 75099 -Processed through Sort Facility, September 15, 2010, 10:30 am, DUNCANVILLE, TX 75138 -Electronic Shipping Info Received, September 13, 2010 Or USPS just provide tracking within the US once its shipped out. The tracking number would not be able to track once is shipped out of the US Thanks!

1. This tracking info means that the seller printed the shipping label on September 13 & the package is being processed thru the system & is on it's way to you.
