international shipping advice for online item?

I recently just purchased an item off of eBay and I'm just wondering which would get to AUS faster USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate or USPS First Class Mail International:

1. if over 13 oz, it needs to go Priority Mail but it won't get there any faster as it has to clear Aus Customs and duty may need to be paid before it can be delivered BTW-fastest would be UPS, Fed Ex or DHL
2. I send to Australia occasionally. The only difference between the two is the weight they have vesus the price. The delivery TIMES still run 7 days regardless.
