USPS tracking not updating?

On Monday I sent out a package to the UK via USPS Priority Mail International and as of today the tracking status is still: Electronic Shipping Info Received. Is the package moving, or is it just sitting at the post office? I didn't use a flat rate box. I know that they don't have tracking updates for international shipments. Oh, and I paid and printed out my shipping label using PayPal if that is relevant information.

1. USPS has a VERY outdated tracking software system. All one generally sees is 'electronic shipping info received' and then 'delivered'. That's it. No 'transparency' like UPS and FedEx tracking. You never know where your parcel is with USPS. But, just to be nice to the hard workers at USPS, your parcel IS probably moving, it's just that their tracking sucks.
