How can I get a job application to work in the Postal Office in NYC?

You know delivering letters with the carts. I live in the Bronx, NY.

1. go in and ask or send them an email
2. go on government jobs.com and apply
3. Forget it! The post office has a freeze on hiring. They are trying to downsize. They want to eliminate 100,000 as soon as possible. Don't hold your breath waiting to get hired. You have to take a test, which they aren't giving, anyway.
