Postal Letter

I've been tracking a jacket I had shipped on www.canadapost.ca/ & the status hasn't changed for 5 days. HELP?

the status of the jacket has read "2010/10/13 14:36 International item arrived in destination country " since the date shown. the item is located in montreal, canada & I live in NY. here are the updates: 2010/10/13 14:36 International item arrived in destination country 2010/10/13 13:00 International shipment has arrived in the destination country 2010/10/13 03:04 International item has left Canada 2010/10/12 21:08 MONTREAL Item processed at postal facility 2010/10/12 12:09 MONTREAL Item accepted at the Post Office also, If It was required that I sign for it, would I get a notice if not present at the time it is delivered?
