1. They accept Western Union money transfer as a payment method, so yes, it's a scam. No legitimate company uses Western Union - good rule of the thumb to remember.
2. yes this is a scam! there is no iPhone 4G. it's called the iPhone 4. iPhone 4G means it's running on AT&T's 4G network which has yet to be turned on. So yes this is scam.

It's a Nigerian scam, you can tell by the +4470 phone number they use http://www.joewein.net/blog/2009/11/08/dial-44-70-uk-numbers-for-international-fraudsters/ NO legitimate company in the UK uses these numbers - they are premium rate call forwarding numbers. You think you are calling a UK number but YOU are paying a premium, up to 50 pounds, to have that call transferred to any phone anywhere in the world with NO way to find out the number or location where the call is being transferred. Scammers love these numbers as they are free to set up and you can never find their actual location There is NO legitimate business that accepts Western Union. NONE. There is no such address as 1156 High Street in Fremont - you can confirm on Google maps - the address does NOT even exist
