Can you get a job as a package handler at Fedex Ground with a Misdemeanor 1 Theft charge?

I'm planning on relocating but i got this charge last year and i'm wondering if it'll hurt my chances at transferring to another terminal. (i'm almost done with probation and i will be before the move)

1. My guess is "no". Hiring someone who has a history of theft would be a profound liability for your employer.
2. I'm almost positive you're fine. Most employers don't even ask about misdemeanors; with previous experience you're already in the system and approved to go. Peak's coming! They need you! Best of luck with your move!
