Who provided 401k plan for Kinko's before it became FedEx Kinko's?

I worked at Kinko's from 1998 to 2001 and remember being enrolled in a 401k plan. I no longer work there and cannot find who used to take care of the 401k plans. I worked in NE Ohio (if that matters). Thanks!

1. You must pick up the phone and start making phone calls. Go to the fedex kinkos site and find contact us, or investor relations. They will guide you from there. Keep notes...
2. If you balance was under $3,000 good chance they cut you a check. I would call the HR department for Kinkos to find out. My father use to work for Fed Ex, and his 401k is at Vanguard. You can try and call them.
3. So you failed to keep your statements and failed to keep the plan advised of your correct address? Shame on you. Are you sure they didn't just cash it out when you left? Try contacting FedEx Kinko's corporate offices.
