Why is job discrimination increasing in the US, & do you think Equal Employment Opportunities should be given?

I know Americans hate immigrants these days, but they have to realize that they hate illegal immigrants, not legal ones. Legal immigrants are an asset to this country. This is a country made up of and with a history of legal immigrants. To stem out illegal immigration, we have to increase legal immigration; which is by giving Equal Employment Opportunities. Sadly, EEO is decreasing & job discrimination is increasing here in the US, which increase illegal immigration. The US was the land of opportunities but not anymore. Because of anti-legal immigration in the US, American industries are going down the drain. We are not an economic superpower anymore. We should realize that we aren't doing legal immigrants a favor by working here, but are helping ourselves. We need them just as much as they need us.
