UPS / FedEx Delivery Driver as Career?

I would like to be a driver for either UPS or FedEx as a career, not just a job. I am still in high school but i plan on doing that. Is this a good career? please give advice / comments / anything, i am interested about this thanks ALSO --- what are some of the steps you have to take in the UPS/fedex corporation? like what do you have to start out doing, then work up

1. I have several family members and friendswho work for ups and it is GREAT, wonderful choice. but you will not start out as a driver. That is a coveted position you will start out as a package handler and work your way up from the bottom. If you are old enough you may apply now to work night shift.
