How long can a package shipped via USPS Priority Mail International take to the Philippines?

I've ordered a package off eBay that was shipped Oct 27, and it still hasn't arrived. I've had experiences with USPS Priority when the package took 2 weeks to arrive. Can a package shipped via PMI still have a chance of arrival after not hearing anything about it for 1 month?

2. im not sure about the time it takes, but if it's shipped priority, 1 month is way too long. check with your local post office because sometimes in the philippines the packages get sent to the area but aren't delivered to the exact address because the post office cant find it or because it got lost. you can also ask about the tracking number for the package from whoever sent it and see what happened to it.
