what do you do if your kaspersky virus protection has been corrupted?

Ok, my home computer uses the Kaspersky Virus Protection. And for some reason a message pops up saying that it is corrupted. It won't allow it to update and it froze while I was trying to update it at 87%. I need help very much to fix this problem.

1. Completely uninstall it (you may need to use a removal tool) and reinstall it.
2. A Repair Install should work. You should have that option in the Add/Remove Programs section of Control Panel. It worked for me.
3. Take a try secondly,if the problem always exists ,you can reinstall the software
