Urban outfitters to Australia shipping- duties and taxes help?

I am from Australia and was looking to order things from Urban Outfitters with shipping to australia i have 3 options: USPS International*, 7-10 Business Days, $ 35.00 USPS Economy*, 10-12 Business days, $ 15.00 UPS International**, 3-5 Business Days, $ 55.00 seeing as i am only getting $80 worth of clothing and am in no rush for it i thought i would just go with the cheapest $15 option but its says with the asterisk that * USPS Rates only cover shipping charges. Duties and Taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. i was wondering if anyone has been taxed before and how much this could cost me?? (and i live in sydney so its not been shipped to rural areas)
