I have a suspicion that my mailman?

I have a suspicion that my mailman is getting into my mail. For the past six months i have noticed smudges (from food), and they are crinkled really bad like he wadded it up bad. I get really important stuff in the mail (pins, broaches, etc) and notice a cut in the corner were the items are taken out. And sometimes he wont even show up to deliver the mail. I know it is a really difficult job but what should i do?

1. Contact the post office and complain about your mail being ripped an stained.
2. Phone the Post Office and make a complaint on how you are receiving your mail.
3. Talk to the postmaster at your post office.
