Asos -delivery to ireland method?

I am ordering items from Asos but need to know first what method of delivery they use. Is it courier with a van where you need to be in to arrange a delivery time or is it regular post in which case you can pick up in post office if missed? Anybody actually know for sure which. Website is not clear. Any Irish people out there ordered from Asos?????!!
