in usa, was mail delivered by the post office on friday dec 31/new years eve? link if possible showing postal delivery schedule? So, since the post offices closed at noon, was it a full delivery day schedule or not? I was expecting a package that should have arrived, but did not arrive. Actually it was supposed to arrive on Thursday, so if it had arrived on Friday it would have already been 1 day late. If it arrives on Monday its 2 days late.
