The postal office returned my package to sender?

The postal office returned my package back to the sender because i didnt claim it though it said i must claim it within 30 days, however only 20 days had passed. What do i do now? I heard i just have to contact them to resend it. Is thay true?

  1. It sounds true. Why did you wait so long?
  2. Actually, you have 10 days to claim. If it sat for 20 it was because the Post Office is super busy and a clerk had a moment to catch up on return mail.
  3. If your package is already returned then it's the senders responsibility to contact you and resend it to you on proper address.
