I have this major problem with USPS regarding this. What I need do in here? One USPS employee indicate that it could be confiscated by customs. Is it leagal to do this? I only ship the clothes and bags ... How could USPS tracking system could not indicate this package in custom??

  1. The USPS is probably the worst shipping entity to use but they should know where it is unless it was stolen by a postal employee, contact the inspector generals office and you will get a full investigation.
  2. after a package is placed on a plane, it is out of usps control. it is the responsibility of the destination country to do any further scans and tracking, move the package through customs, and deliver it. this is governed by international postal agreements of the Universal Postal Union. http://www.upu.int/en/the-upu/the-upu.html
