How to file a report on a USPS Mail Deliverer?

I'd like to know how to file a report (preferably E-MAIL) on a USPS Mail Trucker driver / Deliverer, for lack of knowledge of a better name/word. Lets just say he wasn't very caring/careful about things and people around him. The official USPS has a 'File a Complaint' tab but that section is specifically complaints on the mail, not the employees. Thanks in advanced for your answers and help :)

1. Contact the actual post office that services your home. Ask to speak to the manager in charge of that location. They will help you. I've had to to it when my letter carrier wouldn't take my outgoing mail.
