Postal Letter

what is a (u.s. postal service certified mail receipt) use for (u.s. postal office)?

am i supposed to keep that or send it....any info. on this would help, thanks the problem is that i made a payment and they gave me two papers to send out....but i forgot if im supposed to send both of the papers they gave or just one....one is the (us postal service certified mail receipt) and the other that says: (sender complete this section) and its green.....well the lady that gave me this papers got me confused...any help will help out, thanks

1. Too late. You were to put the green card on the back of the envelope. When it gets delivered, they sign that card, and it gets returned to you. That way you have proof that they got it. Better luck next time.
