Have a big career decision and need help asap.?

Recently, i just got hired with FedEx office as a customer service rep. Prior to that i recieved my BBA in Management, but i was in the process of getting my ALT CERT in Physical Education. IM only getting paid $11 Hour vs what i could be making right off the back as a P.E. Coach and i love sports as i love business too. I need help finding out whats best for me in the long run. Here is a question that bothers me, why start at 20K a year for a couple of years until i get a promotion with Fedex, when i can take 45K getting hired next school year. MY ultimate goal is to become a Marketing manager for Fed Ex that could pay in over the 100K cap. The school district i was working for when i was going to school told me to wait after summer to be able to have a chance at getting hired as a coach. The district really likes me and my goal for education is becoming an Administrator that pays $60K and over and i just started my new career with Fedex, im just confused. Please help. Thanks

  1. ultimately it's up to you to be happy in what you do don't ask for random strangers on their viewpoints on this crossroads of your life. BUT, with all the pending litigations of FedEx going around with the Ground/ Home Delivery contractors having class action lawsuits, I don't know about this company's future dynamic if they will continue to keep those branches that way or employing them as ACTUAL workers! read up on the following forum about how the company treats its drivers!: http://www.browncafe.com/forum/f50/
