what does 'Goods Not Received At Del Depo' on FedEx tracking?

Basically, Ordered some pricey shoes last week on Tuesday 'guaranteed next day delivery.' They are sill not here so decided to track them on the FedEx tracking service. The status of the package is 'Goods Not Received At Del Depo' waaah what does this mean, should i be alarmed?

1. Yes, I would be alarmed. The vendor has not placed your goods/parcel in the hands of the courier service. Virtually all legitimate vendors notify the courier to come pick up the parcel - they don't deliver it to the courier company themselves. Well, as you now know, 'guaranteed next day delivery' simply is too good to be true, which indicates --> scammer. It's been a WEEK. Where is the site's origin? China perhaps ?? If so, don't hold your breath. Sorry.
