Postal Letter

Can the post office upload a passport sized photograph and upload it to a flash drive for me?

Can i go to the post office, and ask them for a passport sized photograph but to upload it onto a flash drive instead of printing it out? Would they do that? It's for a university and i want to send the photos through email.

1. Some how I do not see this happening and the camera is not digital at least where I went. How about a friend with a digital camera?
