USPS Paypal Label incorrect weight, can i pay the diference in Postal Office?

I printed a USPS Paypal Label with incorrect weight, can i pay the difference in Postal Office? I don't want to loose the 10 dollars i already paid, i just one to pay the difference in the postal office, is than possible? Yes i put less weight in the shipping label, i want to pay in postal office the difference is that possible? How is the process?

1. if you put less weight then it actually is then i think you can pay the difference and they will give you a new label, but if you put more weight then i guess the same thing.
2. Must take package to window clerk at PO. He or she will weigh item and attach a counter stamp for the amount of the shortage. You pay the additional postage.
