Can I ship via FedEx using a flat rate USPS Priority box?

The large flat rate box is perfect for what I need to ship and I'd really prefer not to have to buy a box. I know USPS has policy against using the branded flat rate boxes for anything other than flat rate priority but will fedex care?

1. As a company, FedEx may not care but you never know who might see it along the way.
2. yes fedex doesn't care what type of box you used i used to work for fedex office[kinkos] and its no problem
