Facial hair while trying to get a job at Fedex?

My boyfriend is trying to get a job at Fedex and is wondering if his chops (which nearly reach his mouth) and long hair will get in the way of his job interview. Are there any Fedex hair/facial hair rules? What is their standards for appearance?

1. A lot of companies in general like a clean shaven face for their employees. It looks more professional and makes all the workers look more alike/relatable.
