Does anyone know of a sailing school that offers a several week course? Or sailing employment opportunities?

Does anyone know of a sailing school that offers a several week course? Or sailing employment opportunities? I'm currently looking at BWSS, a sailing school based out of Ft. Lauderdale that offers one week live aboard courses. I would love to take part in a longer,(live-aboard) course if there are any available. The length of the voyage can range anywhere from two to six weeks. Also, I am looking into working sailboats or working yachts that have employment opportunities available. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

1. One of my best friends used to be director of this offshore sailing school in the Virgin Islands, considered by many to be among the best in the world. The BVI is an incredible place to sail (just got back from vacation there myself 2 weeks ago -- one of my favorite places to visit for the last 30 years.) http://www.offshoresailing.com/locations/british-virgin-islands.aspx They have a branch in Florida, too.
