Does USPS give you a free box if you want to ship out shoes?
I am sending out shoes that I sold and I am wondering if the USPS gives free boxes so I can double-box the shoes. BTW I'm shipping priority mail. Do they only have flat rate boxes or do they have regular brown boxes i different sizes?

- No, but they will sell one to you. The good news: postage will already be included in the price. However, ask before you buy it.
- Joshua, The USPS does offer free boxes, but they don't offer the regular brown boxes free. They have flat rate boxes too. You can have boxes shipped out to you free by going to their web site and ordering them. Again, they are free.
- They do have Priority Shoe Box available for free online. But you have to get 10 boxes minimum. They will also deliver them to you for free too. The dimensions are: 7.5 X 5.125 X 14.375 the source is from their website www.usps.com
- Priority boxes are white red and blue, not brown. If you use a brown box you have to provide the box yourself. You can still ship through priority though. We actually have a "shoe box" for people who want to ship shoes. You can find them on USPS.com, and all priority boxes are free of charge, with the exception being prepaid boxes(boxes that the postage is already been paid for).
