USPS Question: Can I use this postage stamp?

Hi I live in CA and I have this Christmas blue spruce stamp which says "USA Forever" on it. Can I use it to send a letter?

1. Yes. It's a Forever stamp. The usual Forever stamp has the Liberty Bell. Last year a Forever stamp was issued for the holiday season.
