If there was a breast milk delivery service available would you use it rather than formula?
If you are using breast milk from a donor to feed your baby, would you pay for a weekly delivery service?

- if i had the money, of course!
- yes, if it was not outrageously priced.
- Yeah, if my own milk dried up before I'd like it to or if I wasn't able to do it myself and I could afford it. It'd be even better if they sold it at specialty shops or something too just in case I run out!
- YES! I would.
- I would have no problem driving to a donor to get the milk if I needed donor milk. I would definitely rather use a delivery service than formula.
- Maybe. But i would have to see if the cost outweighed the benefit. The breast milk you buy gets pasteurized and stuff. It loses a lot of the nutrients.
- Depending on a few things - YES. But I would want to assure that the "donor" was eating healthy & not drinking. But how do you assure that they don't eat what my son can't tolerate (some of the oddest foods upset his stomach). And secondly I would have to consider cost. I've had mastitis twice now, and my supply is very low (it drops after each infection). I would love to supplement with "mommy milk" rather than formula - but as it is, he gets soy formula as his supplement.
- Yes! Any breastmilk is better than formula! They cannot recreate breastmilk no matter how hard they try!
- Definitely! Breast milk is better than formula in any case!
- If my wife couldn't and it wasn't too much more expensive. Breast milk is way better than any alternative and can save money on medical bills.
- I'd rather do my own boob than another human's boob, but I guess I'd prefer both to a cow's udder!
