How can I upload mail from outlok express to my yahoo server?

I have a yahoo mail plus account. I downloaded mail from the yahoo server to outlook express without leaving a copy on the server. How can I upload my mail back to the yahoo server?

3. First go to the account options in Outlook Express and select to leave the items on the server. You will then have to forward each one back to yourself. It will not be like the original. It will be forwarded mail. ₪ ʎəɿʞɹɐq ₪
