Why hasn't fedex updating my tracking information?

I ordered an item from a paintball site recently. It says on fedex that the estimated day it will be here is friday. It is wednesday today. The last time fedex updated my tracking info was last friday. Why havent they updated the tracking info in so long?? Will it still be here by friday?

1. They'll scan it usually if it goes through a hub, but if it doesn't then they won't. You'll see Friday morning..."out for delivery."
