How long will USPS International Priority Shipping from UK to USA take?

If I order an item and have it sent to California from the UK, how long will it take to arrive if I ship it Priority? How about if I ship it flat rate? I absolutely have to have it by the 22nd! Thanks!

1. 7 - 10 days. possibly sooner. i order stuff from the Philippines and Australia and it takes about that long. Its a lot faster than you would expect. flat rate might be slower though.
2. I am not sure about the UK but I often receive Priority mail from France to a Boston address and it takes about 3 days on average. It should be about the same from UK, specially when the mail is going from a large city in the UK to a large city in the US.
