USPS shipping question?

So I ordered an iPod case frOm amazon and it came wrong. So now I have to send it back and my question is: I live in San Jose california and I need to send it to new jersey and do I have to pay for it or can I use forever stamps with the bells on it to send it back. Also the Packaging is in a small brown bag inlined with the the popping thing. Also if i use forever stamps how many do i use?

1. Go on the USPS website http://www.usps.com to find the proper postage, or print out a pre-paid shipping label.
2. It's easier just to go to the Post Office to purchase postage. If you're putting stamps on there, you're risking "going over" what you have to pay and then "losing money"
