  1. i dont think so
  2. No you dont.
  3. No but you will need a personal license. I worked for a taxi firm that offered this service, and maybe made 1 delivery a month. With Tesco now open 24hrs, there is simply no demand. The customers are usually already steamed and getting them to pay very difficult.
  4. No, you wouldn't need to, but incorporating in any manner would be a good idea as it limits your personal liability. If you got sued for your business practices or for an accident while conducting business, your personal assets would be protected. One factor to consider is that delivering alcohol for money after your state's cut-off hour is illegal, because it is still sales. It varies by state, though. Some states would probably require you to have a server's license at the very least, and the various business license filings that any city will bog you down in. I have used such services here in Idaho, but these services are general delivery, alcohol just being part of the service. You will probably find that minors are calling you all the time, so as soon as you start advertising your services you can expect to come under official scrutiny.
  5. No John, just register with HMRC as self employed. Keep it simple.
