Would you benefit from a delivery/concierge service when traveling?

I am looking to start a business that provides delivery of not only food (specifically restaurants that do not have a delivery service), but also anything anyone may need. Such as laptop chargers, cell phone chargers, brand-specific toiletries (for people who hate the hotel shampoos and conditioners), groceries, and business supplies (either to businesses for last minute necessities or business professionals who forgot printer ink or copy paper). What are your thoughts?

  1. People who travel for business don't bring copy paper and printer ink with them. If they need to print something out, they'll typically use a hotel's business center or go to Kinko's. If people are finicky about their toiletries, they'll pack their favorite brands. I know I do that. As for the chargers, would you keep a bunch on hand? Or would you wait until someone needs something, and then buy and deliver it? The first method is risky from an inventory standpoint (keeping too much product raises storage costs, and some items might never move), while the second one is risky because your local stores don't always have everything in stock. I don't think it's a good idea, or that it's developed enough. Sorry.
  2. I travel a lot but this is something I would not find a use for. I take my own chargers with me as necessary. If I need something in the way of toiletries; it would be just as easy for me to pick some up myself while I was out; that would also be cheaper. As for food, I wouldn't want to sit around in a hotel room eating. One of the things I most like about travel is going out and trying new restaurants and foods.
