How long does it take for FedEx Ground to clear a background check?

I just went through a sort observation and applied. Now im waiting for them to clear the background check.

1. Usually a background check takes anywhere from few hours up to a month. If they go back a couple years, then it normally clears in a week or 2. On the other hand if they do a detailed background check up to 10 years or more, it can take up to a month. If you don't hear anything in 3 weeks, then I would contact the employer to inquire about the latest status.
