How to find out incoming mail server of web client: http://mail.westberks.org/scripts/webmail.cgi ?

I can find settings for more popular e-mail clients like Hotmail and Yahoo! but not how to find out the settings for a relatively unknown local client. I want this information so a toolbar can check if I have e-mails in that account

1. Not all mail services have POP3 or IMAP services attached, and knowing the SMTP server wouldn't help you in the least.
2. Most online email clients wont let you download email of their services.. most of the settings go like this mail.theservername.com smtp.theservernam.com
3. Can you have someone e-mail you from the source mentioned or do it your self. You can expand the header to show the Full Header, easy to do so with a Yahoo! account. The info will be there.
